SEASONAL PLANTER PROGRAM
Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
Lang's Garden Center, 2020 West Ave, Linwood, NJ 08221, (609) 927-6283 ("Lang's").

2. Eligibility

• Open to businesses with a physical, publicly accessible location in Atlantic or Cape May County, New Jersey.

• The entry must be submitted by the business owner or an authorized manager who is 18 or older.

• Employees of Lang's Garden Center and their immediate family and household members may not enter.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins September 30, 2026 at 8:00 am ET and ends October 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
Complete and submit the official entry form HERE Limit one entry per business location. Following or liking Lang's on Instagram or Facebook and liking the giveaway post are encouraged. Incomplete entries, or entries submitted by automated means, will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection
Winners are selected by a Lang's Garden Center judging panel based on:

• Street visibility and foot traffic of the location 

• How much seasonal planters would improve the space 

• Practical fit for the site, such as space, sun exposure, and access

The judges' decisions are final. Lang's may choose not to award a prize if not enough eligible entries are received.

6. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1): One year of the Lang's Seasonal Planter Program for up to four (4) containers. That includes design, plants, soil, installation, and seasonal changeouts for Fall 2026, Winter/Holiday 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027. Approximate retail value (ARV): $[3,000].

• Second Prize (1): One Fall 2026 seasonal planting for up to [4] containers, including design, plants, soil, and installation. ARV: $[1000].

• Containers: Winner's existing containers will be used. If no containers are provided by the winner, we will offer a discount on purchasing new pots from our store.

• Care: Winner is responsible for regular watering. Lang’s is responsible for seasonal swaps.

• Schedule: The Fall 2026 installation will be completed by approximately [October 30, 2026]. Later changeouts will be scheduled with the winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

• Lang's may substitute plants or materials of equal or greater value based on availability and growing conditions.

• The winner is responsible for having permission to place planters at the location, including from a landlord, property manager, or municipality where required.

• If the winning business closes, relocates outside Atlantic or Cape May County, or can no longer host the planters, any remaining services are forfeited.

• Any part of a prize not used within the prize period is forfeited.

8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email on or around October 15, 2026, and announced publicly on October 16, 2026. A winner must respond within 48 hours and confirm eligibility, or an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to provide a W-9, and Lang's may issue a Form 1099.

10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Lang's permission to photograph and film the planters and business exterior, and to use the business name, location, images, video, and any testimonial in Lang's marketing across all media, without further compensation.

11. Privacy
Entry information will be used to run this giveaway. If an entrant opts in on the form, Lang's may also contact them about the Seasonal Planter Program and other services. Lang's does not sell entrant information.

12. General Conditions

• Lang's may cancel, suspend, or change this giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other factors beyond its control affect it.

• By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Lang's decisions.

• Entrants release Lang's from liability related to the giveaway or the prizes, except where prohibited by law.

• This giveaway is governed by New Jersey law and is void where prohibited.

13. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Entrants release Meta from all liability related to this promotion.
